Day 4 on atkins diet and ive gained weight?
This diet isn't for anyone! No matter how much weight you lose the second you go off of the diet you will more than likely gain twice what you lost back. When you take whole food groups out of your diet your body forgets how to process them so when you completely eliminate potatoes and bread then in 6 months or so you re-introduce them your body is starved for them so it holds on to them thus making you gain weight and quick. A better approach would be to cut your portion size in half on everything you eat and work out regularly.
