In So Cal they have fleece animal hats with attached gloves?

While I was in So Cal i saw everyone in malls and beaches these hats with animals (or not) with long sides that had gloves at the bottom. I thought they were so cute but wasn't able to purchase any! Does anyone know who makes them or how I can order some?
