Pee myself all the time?

You need to do pelvic floor exercises. Tighten and release the muscles in your and 10 times, 3 times daily. To start with tighten and release quickly then after a week hold for 5 seconds before releasing and keep building it up. Not sure what the odor is, I think a doctor would be able to help you with the odor.
