How do I introduce the name of a sonnet in my paper?

When writing the introductory paragraph of a paper on William Shakespeare's Sonnet 2 how do i write it? Is it William Shakespeare's "Sonnet 2" or is it italicized or underlined? I am quite confused! thank you!
