What color should i get on my braces?

im gettting braces on the 15th this april,i was thinking purple and black(im not goth)because thoes are my and my friends trademark(favorite)colors,so what do u guys think should i get those(yes no)and after 6 weeks what other colors should i get. p.si have brown eyes and brown hair if that helps/
