I am starting a LLC company with delaware, which online company should i use?

i know i need to do the state filling fee which is 90 dollars plus get a registered agent, and i need a lawyer or cpa to sign a doent stating i will be doing business in delaware to open my business checking account in another state. which online service is best to use as a package deal. i see many sites selling packages for around 300 is this a good price to pay and what company do you recommend using
