Can I get into University of Pennsylvania and/or Yale?

In short, I have a 3.7/4.0 GPA in a nationally ranked high school; I will have taken 4 APs by the time high school is done; I have taken organic chemistry course in high school; I scored perfect on National Latin Exam; SAt score of 2100; SAT II in US and World History both scored 750; I teach Arabic; I am public relation manager of Bangladesh Society of Bronx; I have an after school job; I started a tutoring center for disadvantaged students in my house; I am head tutor at a tutorial; I recently went to Bangladesh to build homes for the homeless; I manage inventory at a stationary store; I started a religion comparative seminar in a Mosque; nominated into the National Leadership Conference; I am president of Chess Club and a member of Latin Club; I am also an istant to my uncle in the hospital where he works; my father's salary is 10000 yearly.
