Creating LLC vs Corp ( personal service corp)?

Why would lawyers or CPA's rather have a LLC verses Corporation ( personal service corp). I know one of the disadvantage in Corp is that they have to pay min 35% taxes but is there any advantages or anyother disadvantages.
