My PC restarts playing GAT San Andreas on nVIDIA MX 440 AGP Video Card?

when i install the letest nvidia mx440 drivers while playing GTA SA my pc restarts what i do to solve this problem. when i remove the driver my pc gets to install the vga controller driver and i cant get these.
