Are people who buy SUVs more likely to be Obese?

I read a complaint from someone who said he couldn't drive those little Japanese cars as the seats hurt his back, he needed a big car. I couldn't imagine why - my Honda is great. Then I realised that the guy possibly has such a big backside he wouldn't fit. Certainly the trend for big vehicles coming from America, coincides with the rise in obesity.
